Wyomissing police were called to the Plaza Azteca Restaurant at the Berkshire Mall just before 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7 for a report of possible shots fired, the department said in a statement.

The suspects were gone when officers arrived, but investigators said they later determined two drivers had pulled into the parking lot and began to argue.

The pair got into a physical fight when one of the men pulled out a pistol and hit the other with it, causing the gun to fire, police said. No one was injured by the stray bullet.

The suspected "shooter," Gerald Galloway, was tracked down and arrested sometime later, authorities wrote. He was arraigned and booked at the Berks County Prison, police said, though his case records were not immediately available.
